The online community that involves game mods wouldn't like it too much to hear that everything they are doing is just a complete and other waste of time just because they like to do something about what they dislike on a game. Although I believe that your question should have fell into this thread instead of making a knew one. Seeing how much fun people have modding brawl, it would be nice to see them just letting it be open instead of it being a fight. To answer your question, I don't believe Nintendo will let that happen, but I would very much like the idea.
