You feel like it could get better at anytime but it just bounces you around from race to race without a sense a control over you destiny. It has the "Most Wanted" open world feel and finally High Resolution Widescreen.īut the Gameplay itself is very boring, chaotic and insulting. The city is Very Highly Detailed and Extremely Huge. But "Pro Street" stills has them all beat with its streamlined visuals. The Graphics are the best in all the NFS "Open World" games so far. Overall Review: Well so far I have mixed feelings about the quality of this game. The controller settings are defaulted to a weird config that is nothing like the last 5 NFS games, why did they change it? So you must sit through the opening parts while looking at a very Low Res Screen. All this happens before you are able to get to the options screen and adjust your Visuals and Controllers settings. When you first load the game you have to sit through a 5 minute opening video sequence that eventually puts you behind the wheel of a piece of junk Nissan 240, where you must out run some cops and escape. The storyline is incredibly stupid and you have no idea what is going on until you've played the game for a couple of days, then you don't really care at that point It doesn't have to awesome feel of Underground 1 and Most Wanted Even after adjusting the sensitivity levels all the way down and tuning your ride, the steering response from your analog controller does its own thing at times. Maps are massive and have enormous streches ofĬons: -Driving Physics are very unstable.
